Floral, minerally, medium-body white wine Grape: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillon, 10% Sauvignon Gris. Region: France> Bordeaux> Graves> Cerons. Notes: Sustainable. Stainless steel tank (no oak). When it comes to white Bordeaux, no appellation is as highly regarded as Graves. The fine and complex nose travels from floral to ripe peach, with hints of honey. Soft and round, yet bright and lively.
Mineral palate with a long dry finish. Located in the heart of the village of Cérons, bordering Sauternes, in the Graves region, the estate is a lovely 18th century manor house, and now a listed historic monument, surrounded by imposing stone walls on a terrace overlooking the Garonne River.
