A dry sparkling wine that will be a formidable foil for oysters, smoked fish and some sturgeon eggs. It's the drier side of sparklers that work so well with these foods as there's a clean, focused very precise profile of the wine that cuts thru the briney nature of these dishes.

Wine made from grapes grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers and herbicides in the vineyard. Certified in the country of origin.
