Phelan Farm Chardonnay Rosé 2021

Rajat Parr has brought us some fantastics wines from California with Sandhi, Domaine de la Cotê, and Colétè among others. In this new project, Raj brings the influence from the greatest winemakers friends in France. Phelan Farm's winemaking philosophy is very simple. Nothing is added and nothing is removed. All wines are made using natural yeast. No sulfur is added in the vineyards or cellar.

The grapes are mostly fermented using whole bunches and aged in used/neutral wood of varying sizes. The wines are bottled without any fining or filtration. Leon is in homage to his friend in the Jura Stéphane Tissot, and his vibrant blends. Earthy with a pop of fruit. Freshness and elegance.
