Chanson Pere & Fils Givry 2017

The Chanson Père et Fils estate develops its Givry Village from pinot noir bought from winemakers with whom it works in close partnership and who comply with precise and demanding specifications. The grapes come from the clay-limestone soils of the appellation which are not classified as Premier Cru.

They are harvested by hand and carefully sorted, before vinification under controlled temperatures to allow better expression of the berries and a more refined tannic structure.
