Bright straw yellow. With constant detachment of fine bubbles that form a crown on the surface of the glass. Typical of the second fermentation in the bottle and evolution in the cellar. Very fine and fresh. Aroma of aging that gives it a lot of personality. It still retains varietal tastes, mixed with those of aging, making a perfect balance. It is fine on the palate with a certain acidity that rejuvenates it, thus forming a very harmonious whole. Its persistence in the mouth is quite long.
