The wine is dedicated to Pope Leone X who, after the pilgrimage to the tomb of Santa Verdiana in Castelfiorentino, was a guest in Oliveto where he appreciated the cuisine and wines of the castle. Ideal to accompany red meat dishes and aged cheeses.
