CARACOL SERRANO CARACOL SERRANO RED 2016

This wine shows a lot of purity, balance and quality. A ripe, jammy nose is full of blackberry and cassis, while this blend of Monastrell, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon is big on the palate but jolted by wiry acidity. Flavors of spicy black fruits offer a touch of chocolate prior to a mild finish. This red from southeast Spain shoots and scores.
Oak and fruity notes. It has minimal sourness and bitterness but a good balance between them. Its a good wine to just drink a glass to relax.
