Domaine de Cabrol Cabardes Vent d"Est 2019

The purple is dark garnet with purplish reflections, almost opaque. The nose is very expressive, complex, charming, with red and black fruit liqueur, smoked bacon, violets, white pepper, candied black olives and many other things. 

The palate is round, very ample, enveloping, deploying a soft, almost airy substance, while it lacks neither density nor power. But we are in soft power, as we say now. But it's the aromatic freshness that impresses the most, with a triumphant blackcurrant complemented by menthol, cedar, timut pepper. It becomes even more demonstrative in an explosive finish, between monstrous and sublime.
