 Pronounced chalk minerality pervades with ripe apple and borderline stone fruit. Nice texture from either lees or the “minerality” (vibrant wine bar, struggling to pin point the elements). Medium (+) acidity.

Pale straw yellow. Fruity aromas of pineapple and grapefruit, plus smoke and honey notes. Balanced in the palate with volume and nice acidity.
