Bodegas Alvear NV Pale Cream

The Alvear Pale Cream is aged in a biological way under a clear layer that the yeast creates on top of the wine, known as the velo de flor, that prevents the wine from oxidation and gives it its characteristic aroma and flavor. Aging at least 2 years.

Gold in color with a delicate and flowery aroma. It is a lightly sweetened Fino with a medium-sweet flavor.
