Bitch Bubbly

A blend of Chardonnay, Shiraz and Grenache from the Riverland, Barossa and McLaren Vale districts. Pale strawberry in color with a vibrant nose of sweet strawberries and raspberries with some toffee notes. Fresh berries, sweet candy and citrus on the palate with a long, luscious creamy finish.
Made in a friendly, fruit forward style, Bitch Bubbly features dark cherry and raspberry aromas that are wrapped around a juicy but balanced core of spice, pepper and anise.(Chardonnay/Grenache). Sourced from high altitude, cool-climate vineyard sites that are planted to alluvialred-brown loams and white limestone mixed with rocky slate. Winemaker Chris Ringland personally selectsunoaked Chardonnay and Grenache wines for this blend.
