Twenty years ago, conventional wisdom said you couldn't blend Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. But thanks to wines of this quality, this beautiful alchemy is available to us at an everyday price. The Cabernet contributes dark, rich flavors and firm structure, while the Shiraz kicks in gobs of massive, opulent fruit and a silky texture.
