Bindi Pinot Noir Original Vineyard Macedon Ranges 2020

Bindi has become one of the Macedon Ranges' most iconic wineries since it's first plantings took root in 1988. The Bindi Original Vineyard Pinot Noir is sourced exclusively from the '88 plantings. It's a wine of intensity and savoury structure, the long ripening time in the region giving the fruit an immense depth of flavour and silky texture which has been captured beautifully in the bottle by winemaker Michael Dhillon.

It unfurls beautifully in the glass to reveal a kaleidoscope of Pinot Noir flavours, from dusty, earthen tones, to sweet red fruit. It's one of the region's and the country's finest Pinot Noirs, no doubt about it.
