Bianco Gentile, once abandoned Corsican variety. Arena played a leading role in the revival of this variety in the 90's. Medium gold. Semi-aromatic with citrus fruit, white stone fruit, beeswax, thyme, chamomile. Exotic.

Dry, concentrated ripe fruit, ripe pear, peach skin, stony minerality, rich texture, M+ finish. Great encounter.
