Straw yellow color. Gooseberries, blackcurrant leaves, lemons and flint on the nose. Taste of gooseberries, blackcurrant leaves and lemons with a flinty finish with minerals. A typical Sancerre that goes well with lean fish, shellfish or sushi.
Decent Sancerre for the price. Some richness, a hint of apples, nice nose. A good moderately priced restaurant wine but not one for my cellar.
