Vinification Stemming, sorting and compression of berries. Some grapes benefit from the "flash détente" process, which ensures optimal color and fruity aroma. The second part undergoes traditional fermentation in oak vats with pumping twice a day. Long maceration with microoxidation before malolactic fermentation in oak vats. 

Tasting Dry wine of a bright garnet red color, with a fruity aroma of wild strawberries and red currants. After the wine opens, traces of coffee and toast appear. The wine has a harmonious taste, delicate and elegant, with a round structure and a wide range of fruit flavors.
