The second part undergoes traditional fermentation in oak vats with pumping twice a day. Long maceration with microoxidation before malolactic fermentation in oak vats.
Tasting Dry wine of a bright garnet red color, with a fruity aroma of wild strawberries and red currants. After the wine opens, traces of coffee and toast appear. The wine has a harmonious taste, delicate and elegant, with a round structure and a wide range of fruit flavors.
