Intense and refined smells of volcanic minerality, red juicy berries, herbs and spices. On the palette the tannins lingered just long enough to intrigue, however the aftertaste was gone within seconds.

After decanting for 1 hour, the tight wine opened up. Oxygen allowed the elegant notes to come forth and compliment a slow cooked meat dish.
