The product is great. The process is one of the worst experiences ever. I placed the order in early March and didn’t receive the product until mid May. That in itself was annoying, but would have been acceptable if there had ever been any response to my email inquiries. I immediately received the annoying automatic responses “Yay we received... and never any response to the question! Goodbye Wine Chateau. You’re on my do not use list.
