Appearance: Medium straw yellow. Nose: Medium plus aroma intensity. Oxidised in style. Oxidised apples, marzipan, toasted nuts, rose hip, butter, yellow plum, gypsum, chalk, yeast, sourdough and cardamom. 

Medium gold to yellow colour. Modest nose of yellow apple, almond oil, and walnut. Very dry palate that is reflective of the nose with additional notes of cream and high stone minerality with medium high acidity. Medium bodied.
