ANT TORM PRIMITIVO

On the nose, you'll observe right away that this is an earthy wine, with notes of leather and tobacco up front. Just below, you'll also discover black olive, fig, dried red cherry and a signature touch of (intentional) oxidation, giving the wine a slightly tawny character.

The savory character of the Raspay lends itself to many pairings, but braised meats and assertive cheeses come to mind first.
