Ampeleia IGT Toscana "Ampeleia" 2018

Ampeleia is the winery's top wine and, since the 2015 vintage, has been vinified exclusively from Cabernet Franc from different plots planted at a cool altitude of 500 to 600 metres above sea level. A wine of personality and character, its inner elegance and fruitiness make it a fascinating interpretation of the new and different Maremma. 

"Blueberries, cranberries, lemons, pine needles, cloves and fresh flowers on the nose. So deliciously fresh, floral and fruity with silky tannins and bright acidity. Sleek and supple. Almost creamy. Long, too.
