ALVARO DOMECQ MANZILLA LA SACA

Brilliant, very pale yellow in color with greenish reflections. Its aroma of olive notes is soft and fragrant with a sharp nose, it presents light notes of almond and memories of marine smells. It is light, fresh, very tasty, warm and dry and with a good finish.

Prawns, anchovies in vinegar, mojama, seafood rice, salmorejo or fried fish.
