Alfresco Wines Alfresco Sauvignon Blanc 2013

Grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness from the lush vineyards in sunny Lodi, California.

With minimal interference the juice was carefully extracted and immediately removed from the skins. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, untouched by wood.

The result is a wonderfully light bodied, fresh and crisp wine with delicate citrus aromas complemented by passion fruit and subtle white peach on the palate.

Enjoy chilled just as is (alfresco), or with your favorite grilled dishes fresh bread and light pasta.
