AROMA: This wine demonstrates a strong bouquet, marked by elegant and intense aromas of ripe red fruit like cherries, plums and blueberries, in
addition to cassis blended with notes of chocolate, mocha and cedar. -
PALATE: Very dense and concentrated, with mature and noticeable tannins. In addition, the wine displays a very good balance between the tannins,
acidity and oak.
D rink now or age for seven to nine years. - Ideal for accompanying red meats in general, venison, game birds, and strong cheeses. Serve preferably between 17 and
18°C.
